Menus and pickers open as a sheet, not a dropdown
On a phone, every menu, select and option list opens as a sheet from the bottom instead of a floating dropdown. That’s intentional, not a bug, tap outside or the sheet’s own close action to dismiss it.
Only one part of the screen scrolls
Each screen has exactly one scrollable area. If a page looks stuck, you’re likely trying to scroll the page itself, look for the scrollable panel within it (a list or table) instead.
Biometric unlock needs the right browser
Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint unlock depends on your browser and OS supporting WebAuthn’s PRF extension. Where it isn’t supported, the option simply doesn’t appear, connect and approve the normal way.
Linking a session from desktop
If you’re already trading on desktop, you can hand that trading session to your phone by scanning the QR code desktop shows for it, no separate approval needed. If the camera can’t open (permission denied, or the page isn’t loaded over https), your phone’s regular camera app can scan the same code instead.
